Payment and Returns

21degree accepts return as per the following policy:

• Only defective/damaged products will be accepted for replacement/refunds.

• Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.

• Only those products will be eligible for return policies which are received by us within 10 working days of the date of delivery.

• 21degree retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification 21degree will either reship/replace the product to the customer.

• In case product is defective or damaged then the 21degree team will replace and reship the product to the same shipping address of the customer subject to the availability of the stock of the product.

• Any return or refund is applicable on only AC UNIT and no refund or return request would be entertained related to scratches or damages on packaging carton/Cover. For minor scratches arising out of transit and shipment, the return or refund request are subject to consideration and sole discretion of 21degree. 21degree reserves right to decline any such request subject to inspection of unit and state of AC UNIT delivered.

• For reverse pickup request on cases other than Damaged Unit, you would have to bare the to and fro shipment charges.

• Refund for online payment would be made after deducting transaction charges as applicable and levied by different payment gateways.

• For any damaged AC UNIT if found on received, any refund replacement request has to be filed within 12 hours of successful receipt. 21DEGREE reserves right to not consider any request raised after 12 hours or receipt of the AC UNIT.

• Once AC unit has been delivered and it is opened by you/ or installed at your premises, no REFUND/RETURN request would be entertained. You would have to seek manufacturer warranty therof according to T and C of respective manufacturer. 21DEGREE shall held no responsibility on unit beyond Delivery.

• For any reason, other than a damage in AC Unit, if you do not receive the shipment, you would have to bare the cost of shipment/ any other logistic fees arising thereof.

• In case the returned product is not defective/damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reship to the shipping address of the order.

• Customer will have to bear the shipment charges for the replaced/reshipped product.

• If the product stock is unavailable then a request for the refund will be initiated and the same shall be informed to the customer through registered email.[ Refund should get processed within 3-7 working days of request initiation ]

• Products & warranty by 3rd Party Vendors. Brands, Logos, Creative’s, Trademarks, and Copyrights are owned by their respective owners. 21degree disclaims liability for violation of any 3rd party rights.

• Refund will be processed via the channel used to make payment and in case of FULL refund 3.5% will be deducted towards payment gateway charges.

Disclaimer: While 21degree endeavors to procure the goods from the vendors and have them delivered to the customers, 21degree disclaims any liability if the vendor fails to make the requested goods available for delivery.
